摘要
校友对母校的认同感是评价学校教育教学质量的重要指标。为更好理解和提升校友的母校认同,本文深入剖析校友数据,从校友情感认同、校友行为认同和母校教学建设、母校生活建设等四个维度出发,设计了23个具体的校友母校认同感影响因素;运用大数据技术和统计分析方法,分析确定各影响因素的重要性,设计了校友母校认同感评价指标体系;划分校友在校学习和毕业离校两个阶段,构建校友母校认同感评价机制。研究结果既可为校友母校认同感的研究提供新视角,也可为高校提升教育教学质量、加强校园文化建设提供支持和参考。
The sense of identity that alumni have towards their alma mater is an important indicator for evaluating the quality of education and teaching.To better understand and enhance the identity of alumni with their alma mater,this paper analyzes alumni data and designs 23 specific factors affecting alumni’s sense of identity with their alma mater from four dimensions:emotional identification,behavioral identification,teaching construction of the alma mater,and campus life construction.Big data technology and statistical analysis methods are used to analyze and determine the importance of each influencing factor,and an evaluation index system for evaluating the alumni’s sense of identity with their alma mater is designed.We divide the stages of alumni’s school life and graduation from the school to construct an evaluation mechanism for alumni’s sense of identity with their alma mater,which may provide a new perspective for the study of alumni’s sense of identity with their alma mater,and also support and reference for colleges and universities to improve the quality of education and strengthen campus cultural construction.
