城市地道与轨道交通共建的防灾救援方案研究

摘要 为进一步研究共建地道的防灾救援方案,分析了轨道交通和城市地下道路各自的突发事件应急预案及防灾疏散救援体系,结合济南济泺路黄河隧道、济南黄河大道一期工程和青岛上合交大大道3个共建地道工程案例,研究了盾构和明挖形式共建地道的防灾救援及管理平台设计方案,总结了共建工程防火灾、防水灾、防恐怖袭击及救援措施方案设计的特点、要点以及共建地道管理平台共享互联的意义。 As to study the anti-disaster and rescue scheme of the co-construction tunnel,the emergency plan,disaster prevention,escape and evacuation system of the urban underground road and rail transit were analyzed.Taking Ji’nan Jiluo Road Tunnel,the first phase of Ji’nan Yellow River Avenue and the Qingdao Shanghe Jiaoda Avenue as examples,the scheme of the disaster prevention and rescue and management platform of the shield and open cut tunnel were studied,the characteristics and key points of the fire prevention,water disaster prevention,anti-terrorist attack and rescue measures of the co-construction projects and the significance of sharing information of the management platforms were summarized.
