钟祥抽水蓄能电站下水库溢洪道改建方案研究

摘要 钟祥抽水蓄能电站拟利用已建的北山水库作为下水库,该电站建成后发电流量与天然洪水叠加,将对北山水库洪水调节产生较大影响。为保证下水库本身的防洪安全、兼顾兴利利用、保证大坝下游防护对象在发生防洪标准洪水时的安全、不增加库区淹没范围,需对下水库溢洪道进行改建。对比分析了溢洪道扩宽、新建泄洪洞和溢洪道改建闸门3种方案。结果表明:溢洪道改建闸门方案在对水库下游防洪压力、工程投资和水库调度灵活性等方面均占优,可作为推荐采用的方案。设计方案可为类似工程泄流改建提供参考。 Zhongxiang Pumped Storage Power Station was planned to use the existing Beishan Reservoir as the lower reservoir.After the construction of power station was completed,the power generation flow superimposed with the natural flood would have a great impact on the flood regulation of Beishan Reservoir.In order to ensure the flood control safety of the lower reservoir,take into account the beneficial utilization,ensure the safety of the protected objects downstream of the dam when the flood at or above the flood control standard occurred,and not increase the inundated area of the reservoir area,the spillway of the lower reservoir need to be reconstructed.Three schemes,including widening the spillway,building a new flood discharge tunnel and reconstructing the gate of the spillway were analyzed and studied.The results showed that the scheme of reconstructing the gate of the spillway was superior in terms of flood control pressure on the downstream of the reservoir,project investment and flexibility of reservoir scheduling,and could be adopted as the recommended scheme.The designed scheme could provide a reference for the discharge reconstruction scheme of similar projects.
