氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂联合地氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Azelastine Nasal Spray Combined with Desloratadine in Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的:探究氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂联合地氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果。方法:将2021年12月—2023年12月常熟市第二人民医院收治的65例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为两组,对照组(n=33)采用氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂治疗,试验组(n=32)在对照组基础上采用地氯雷他定治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组鼻痒、鼻塞、打喷嚏、流涕改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平上升,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂联合地氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果良好,可有效减轻患者症状,提高患者免疫功能,且治疗安全较高。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of azelastine nasal spray combined with desloratadine in treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:A total of 65 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to Changshu No.2 People's Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=33)was treated with azelastine nasal spray,and the experimental group(n=32)was treated with desloratadine on the basis of control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of nasal itching,nasal obstruction,sneezing and runny nose in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of CD4^(+),CD3^(+),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^(+),CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups increased,and the levels in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Azelastine nasal spray combined with desloratadine has good clinical effect in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,and can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients,improve the immune function of patients,and achieve high treatment safety.
