斜齿轮齿面扭曲补偿及弧形蜗杆砂轮修整方法研究

摘要 针对蜗杆砂轮磨削螺旋线修形斜齿轮时导致的齿面扭曲问题,提出了一种采用弧形蜗杆砂轮对齿面扭曲进行补偿的方法。首先,基于蜗杆砂轮与斜齿轮的参数包络展成啮合过程,建立蜗杆砂轮与斜齿轮的空间啮合坐标系,求解了蜗杆砂轮加工斜齿轮的空间瞬时接触线;然后,根据螺旋线修形曲线函数,对不同齿宽位置的扭曲量进行了计算;通过展成磨削运动分析了不同齿宽位置处的压力角偏差与砂轮位置之间的关系,并根据压力角偏差求解砂轮修整半径,建立了弧形砂轮外形轮廓曲线模型;最后,选取螺旋线修形齿轮参数进行了仿真验证。对比修整前、后数据结果表明,该方法可有效消除齿面扭曲现象,验证了该扭曲补偿方法的有效性。 Aiming at the problem of tooth surface twist of helical gears with longitudinal tooth crowing caused by the worm wheel grinding method,an anti-twist grinding method using an arc-shaped worm wheel was proposed.First of all,based on the generating process of the double-parameter envelope,a spatial meshing coordinate system between the worm wheel and the helical gear was established to calculate the contact line.Then,the twist values at different tooth width positions were calculated.The relation between the pressure angle deviation and the position value of the worm wheel was established,and the calculation process of the arc shape of the worm wheel was performed.Finally,an example was presented to verify the anti-twist dressing method.Compared with the deviation of the gear flank,the twist was compensated by using the arc-shaped worm wheel.The feasibility of the anti-twist grinding method was verified.
