下肢动脉硬化闭塞症是粥样斑块累及下肢动脉的一类慢性进行性疾病,主要累及动脉的内层及中层,致使动脉管壁增厚,管腔狭窄,严重时可出现肢体缺血性坏死,有截趾、截肢甚至危及生命的风险,影响患者的生存质量、生存时间以及增加治疗费用,其发病率也因为社会的老龄化、饮食结构以及生活习惯的改变呈现逐年上升趋势,但随着全球经济的迅速发展和全世界对中医的探索,该病的治疗手段也日新月异,本文通过查阅搜索并整理大量中外文献,既从中医方面阐述此病的病因病机、辨证论治方法,又从西医方面介绍此病的治疗方案,旨在系统论述中西医治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的治疗现状,以期为临床应用提供参考。

Lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans is a kind of chronic and progressive disease involving atherosclerotic plaque in lower limb arteries,which mainly involves the inner and middle layers of arteries,resulting in thickening of artery wall and narrowing of lumen.In severe cases,limb ischemic necrosis may occur,toe amputation,limb amputation and even life-threatening risk,affecting patients'quality of life,survival time and increasing treatment costs.The incidence of this disease is also on the rise year by year due to the aging of society,changes in diet structure and living habits.However,with the rapid development of global economy and the exploration of traditional Chinese medicine all over the world,the treatment methods of this disease are also changing with each passing day.Through consulting,searching and sorting out a large number of Chinese and foreign literatures,this paper expounds the etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of this disease from the aspect of traditional Chinese medicine.It also introduces the treatment plan of this disease from the aspect of Western medicine,aiming to systematically discuss the treatment status of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans,in order to provide reference for clinical application.
