摘要
物联网技术的发展和天基网络的成熟催生了天基物联网的概念。国家新型基础设施建设的提出为天基物联网的建设奠定了政策基础。自然资源调查、时空信息保障、应急抢险救灾等为天基物联网提供了广阔的应用空间。虽然天基物联网已经具备了良好的建设基础,但是其基本概念、能力目标、应用场景还不够清晰,不解决这些基本问题将对天基物联网的良性发展产生影响。梳理了天基物联网与其他相关概念之间的关系,探讨相关概念对天基物联网未来发展的驱动作用。提出了天基物联网的能力目标,即目标动态物联、需求快速响应、全维实时感知、资源协同管理、信息可靠传输、态势远程掌控、服务精确保障。系统总结了天基物联网的应用领域,为天基物联网建设提供现实需求牵引。可为天基物联网的技术研究和建设应用提供参考。
The development of IoT technology and the maturity of space-based networks gave birth to the concept of Space-based IoT(SIoT).The proposal of national new infrastructure construction has laid a policy foundation for the construction of SIoT.Natural resource surveys,spatiotemporal information assurance,emergency rescue and disaster relief,etc.provide a broad application space for SIoT.Although SIoT already has a good foundation for construction,its basic concepts,capability goals,and application scenarios are not clear enough.Failure to solve these basic problems will have an impact on the healthy development of the SIoT.This paper first sorts out the relationship between SIoT and other related concepts,and discusses the driving role of related concepts on the future development of SIoT.Then,the capability goals of the SIoT are put forward,that is,target dynamic connection,rapid response to demand,full-dimensional real-time perception,collaborative resource management,reliable information transmission,remote control of situation,and accurate service guarantee.Finally,the paper summarizes the application fields of the SIoT,and provides realistic demand traction for the construction of the SIoT.This paper can provide a reference for the technical research and construction application of SIoT.
