积极心理护理在精神分裂症患者的观察

The Observation of Positive Psychological Nursing in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的分析积极心理护理对精神分裂症患者的实施效果和应用价值。方法选择南平市第三医院2022年12月至2023年12月收治的200例精神分裂症患者,按照术后护理方法的不同,分为对照组(100例,常规护理)和研究组(100例,积极心理护理)。比较两组护理后的心理状态[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)]、治疗依从率和生活质量(WHOQOL-BREF简表)。结果护理后,研究组HAMA和HAMD评分数均较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组呈现总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组WHOQOL-BREF评分较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论在对精神分裂症患者实施护理时,使用积极心理护理可改善患者的心理状态,提高患者的治疗依从率和生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness and application value of positive psychological nursing in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 200 schizophrenia patients admitted to Nanping Third Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups based on postoperative nursing methods:the control group(100 cases,routine nursing)and the study group(100 cases,positive psychological nursing).The psychological status[Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)],treatment compliance,and quality of life(WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire)were compared between the two groups after nursing.Results After nursing,the HAMA and HAMD scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the overall compliance rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the WHOQOL-BREF scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions When implementing nursing for schizophrenia patients,the use of positive psychological nursing can achieve significantly better results,significantly improving patients’psychological status,increasing treatment compliance,and enhancing the quality of life,which has a high clinical application value.
