摘要
为了解决油泵齿圈氮碳共渗硬度不足、心部组织不均匀等问题,通过对制造流程中热加工关键工艺的改进和质量控制,提高原材料淬透性、晶粒度指标,以及锻后正火、去应力和调质预备热处理工艺的改进,优化了基体心部组织、硬度及散差;氮碳共渗由水冷改进为气冷,使表面硬度提高、渗层深度增大、变形减小,产品热处理质量水平得到提高,一致性得到了保证。
In order to solve the problems such as insufficient nitrocarburizing hardness and uneven core organization of oil pump gear ring,the core organization,hardness and dispersion of matrix were optimized by improving the hardenability and grain size index of raw materials and improving the normalizing,stress relief and tempering preparation heat treatment process after forging by improving the quality control of the key process of hot processing in the manufacturing process;the nitrocarburizing is improved from water cooling to air cooling,so that the surface hardness,the depth of infiltration layer is increased,the deformation is reduced,the quality level of product heat treatment is improved,and the consistency is guaranteed.
