低蛋白日粮对林甸鸡母鸡繁殖性能的影响

Effects of feeding low protein diets on reproductive performance of Lindian hens

为了研究低蛋白日粮对林甸鸡母鸡繁殖性能的影响,试验选取720只林甸鸡母鸡和120只林甸鸡公鸡,随机分为对照组、试验1组和试验2组,每组有240只林甸鸡母鸡和40只林甸鸡公鸡;对照组饲喂蛋白水平为15.06%的常规日粮,试验1组和2组分别饲喂蛋白质水平为13.03%、12.03%的低蛋白日粮,试验周期为49 d;测定3组母鸡的产蛋性能(包括周产蛋率、平均产蛋率、平均蛋重与料蛋比)、死亡率、种蛋孵化性能(种蛋受精率、入孵蛋孵化率和健雏率)。结果表明:各组鸡只周产蛋率无明显规律性,试验1组和试验2组平均产蛋率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),3组间平均蛋重和料蛋比均无显著差异(P>0.05);试验2组死亡率极显著高于对照组和试验1组(P<0.01),种蛋受精率和键雏率均显著低于对照组和试验1组(P<0.05),试验1组的入孵蛋孵化率显著高于对照组和试验2组(P<0.05)。说明13.03%的低蛋白日粮对林甸鸡母鸡繁殖性能具有正向作用,是最佳日粮蛋白水平。

To investigate the effect of feeding low protein diets on the reproductive performance of Lindian hens,720 Lindian hens and 120 Lindian roosters were randomly divided into control group,experimental group 1,and experimental group 2,each containing 240 Lindian hens and 40 Lindian roosters by using a method of random block design.The control group was fed with the conventional 15.06%protein level diets,the experimental group 1 and 2 was fed with diets with lower protein level of 13.03%and 12.03%,respectively,for 49 d,during which the egg-laying performance(including weekly egg-laying rate,average egg-laying rate,average egg weight and feed-egg ratio),mortality rate,and hatchability of fertile eggs(fertilization rate,hatching rate,and healthy chick rate)of hens were measured.The results showed that,there is no obvious regularity in the weekly egg-laying rate of each group of chickens,and average egg-laying rates of both experimental groups were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and no significant difference in average egg weight and feed-egg ratio was found among 3 groups(P>0.05).The mortality rate in experiment group 2 was significantly higher(P<0.01)than those of the control group and experimental group 1,while the fertilization rate and healthy chick rate were significantly lower than those of the control group and experimental group 1(P<0.05),respectively.The hatching rate of experimental group 1 was significantly higher than that of the control group and experimental group 2(P<0.05).It could be concluded that the 13.03%protein level diets had a positive effect on the reproductive performance of Lindian hens.
