基于物元可拓理论的石油储罐风险评价

摘要 为提高油库的安全水平、精准识别油库中的薄弱点并合理规避风险,从检测、技术、管理3个角度出发,选取10个二级风险指标,构建石油储罐安全风险评价指标体系。基于熵权法和物元可拓理论,提出了EWM-物元可拓的综合评价评价模型。应用该模型对某油库储罐进行分析。结果表明,该储罐的风险等级为Ⅱ级,风险水平为中风险,需在一段时间内整改,与实际相符。说明该模型具有较高的可行性,能够为石油储罐的安全提供理论指导。 For purpose of improving the safety level of oil storage tanks,accurately identifying the weak points in oil storage tanks and reasonably avoiding risks,a petroleum storage tank’s safety risk evaluation index system was constructed through selecting 10 secondary indexes from the detection,technology and the management.Based on the entropy weight method and the matter-element extension theory,a comprehensive evaluation and assessment model of EWM-matter-element extension theory was proposed,including having this model applied to analyzing the oil storage tank in Jiaxing city.The results show that,the risk level of the tank is II,which is in line with the reality and the model has high feasibility and can provide theoretical guidance for ensuring the safety of petroleum storage tanks.
