铁路大跨度斜拉桥钢箱梁架设安全防护技术研究与应用

摘要 本研究以福厦铁路乌龙江特大桥为例,系统分析大跨度斜拉桥钢箱梁架设施工中的安全问题,探讨桥梁设计、施工环境及技术挑战,提出包含大型吊装、临时结构、交通作业等安全防护措施,特别强调安全防护技术对保护施工环境的关键作用,结合先进浮吊固定技术、架梁吊机安全规程及应急预案,有效降低了施工风险,确保了桥梁架设的安全性与对施工环境的保护。 Taking the Wulong River Super Large Bridge of Fuxia Railway as an example,the safety problems in the erection of steel box girder of long-span cable-stayed bridge are analyzed systematically,and the bridge design,construction environment and technical challenges are discussed,safety protection measures including large-scale hoisting,temporary structure and traffic operation are put forward,and the key role of safety protection technology in protecting construction environment is emphasized,combined with advanced floating crane fixing technology,beam crane safety regulations and emergency plan,the construction risk is effectively reduced,and the safety of bridge erection and construction environment protection are ensured.
