针刺结合穴位对糖尿病周围神经病变患者中医证候积分的影响

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Acupoint on Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Score in Patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的探究针刺与穴位相结合对糖尿病周围神经病变患者中医证候积分的影响。方法选取2021年3月—2024年3月沂水县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的112例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,按治疗方法的不同分为对照组与观察组,各56例,对照组采用常规治疗方案,观察组接受针刺与特定穴位相结合的疗法。比较两组中医证候积分、神经传导速度、治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组中医证候积分均下降,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度均提升,且观察组均快于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺结合穴位治疗对糖尿病周围神经病变患者的中医证候积分有明显的改善和提升,且能够提升患者的神经传导及反射功能,整体治疗效果优于常规治疗。

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with acupoints on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 112 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to Yishui County Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with specific acupoints.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,nerve conduction velocity and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity of the two groups increased,and the observation group was faster than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with acupoint therapy can significantly improve and enhance the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and can improve the nerve conduction and reflex function of patients.The overall treatment effect is better than conventional treatment.
