心电图及心脏功能指标与妊娠期高血压孕产妇病情严重程度的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis Between Electrocardiogram and Cardiac Function In-dicators and the Severity of Pregnancy Induced Hypertension in Pregnant Women

目的探析妊娠期高血压孕产妇心电图、心功能指标水平与病情严重程度的关系。方法回顾性选取2021年1月—2023年1月厦门市妇幼保健院收治的82例妊娠期高血压产妇的临床资料,根据病情分为轻度组(n=43)、中度组(n=20)、重度组(n=19)。对比3组心电图参数及心功能指标水平,分析其与妊娠期高血压病情严重程度的关系。结果重度组Q-T间期改变、ST-T改变以及不完全性右束支传导阻滞占比均高于轻度组、中度组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。轻度组E峰高于中度组、重度组,A峰低于中度组、重度组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,妊娠期高血压孕产妇病情严重程度与Q-T间期改变、ST-T改变、不完全性右束支传导阻滞、A峰呈正相关(r=0.517,0.544,0.514,0.498;P均<0.05),与E峰呈负相关(r=-0.514,P<0.05)。结论心电图及心脏功能指标与妊娠期高血压孕产妇病情严重程度存在关联,可为妊娠期高血压患者心脏损伤的检出提供较高的参考价值。

Objective To explore the correlation between Electrocardiogram(ECG)and cardiac function indicators and the severity of pregnancy hypertension in pregnant women.Methods Clinical data of 82 pregnancy induced hyperten-sion women admitted to Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were retro-spectively selected and divided into mild group(n=43),moderate group(n=20)and severe group(n=19)according to their conditions.The relationship between cardiogram parameters and cardiac function indexes of the three groups and the severity of hypertension during pregnancy was analyzed.Results The proportion of Q-T interval change,ST-T in-terval change and incomplete right bundle branch block in severe group was higher than that in mild group and moder-ate group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The E peak of mild group was higher than that of moderate group and severe group,and the A peak was lower than that of moderate group and severe group,the dif-ferences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the severity of pregnancy hypertension in pregnant women was positively correlated with Q-T interval change,ST-T change,incomplete right bundle branch block and peak A(r=0.517,0.544,0.514,0.498;all P<0.05),and negatively correlated with peak E(r=-0.514,P<0.05).Conclusion ECG and cardiac function indexes are associated with the severity of pregnancy-induced hypertension,which provides a high reference value for the detection of cardiac injury in pregnancyinduced hypertension.
