Design of Smart Medical APP Based on the New Needs of Patients in the Internet Era

为适应互联网时代患者就诊所面临的新需求,以互联网手段解决门诊挂错科室、候诊时间长、就诊堆积以及就诊“多跑路”等问题,并结合门诊就诊的实际流程及病人就诊需求,通过对移动医疗平台试用对比调研,梳理现有平台优劣势,构建疾病3D模拟人,利用数据分析、人工智能等技术构建智慧导诊平台。辅助病人分析病情,准确选择就诊科室,提高就医效率。并通过包含诊后咨询、检查报告储存等一系列诊后服务模块切实提升患者就诊的获得感。

In order to meet the new needs of patients for clinics in the Internet era,the problems such as registration for wrong departments,long waiting time,consultation accumulation and"multiple routes"for outpatient treatment are solved by means of Internet.Combined with the actual procedures of outpatient treatment and the needs of patients,the advantages and disadvantages of the existing platforms are sorted out through trial and comparative research on mobile medical platforms and the construction of 3D disease simulants.A smart guidance platform is built with technologies such as data analysis and artificial intelligence,which assists patients in analyzing their condition,accurately selecting medical departments,and improving medical efficiency.And through a series of post diagnosis service modules including consultation and storage of examination reports,the sense of achievement of patients'visits can be effectively improved.
