机场装配式混凝土道面施工关键技术研究

Research on Key Technology of Airport Assembly-Type Concrete Pavement Construction

针对机场装配式道面施工过程中面临的关键技术难点,结合东南沿海某机场装配式场道建造施工案例,介绍机场场道装配式道面板构造特点;根据当地自然气候条件,详细阐述装配式混凝土模台制备、铝合金模具组拼、道面板预制养护、铺装精调、分仓注浆等现场作业施工要点及工艺流程,并总结装配式混凝土道面推广应用优势。基于实际项目形成的一系列装配式道面施工技术可为同类机场项目提供典型案例分析和经验借鉴。

In response to the key technical challenges faced in the assembly-type pavement construction at airports,this paper introduces the structural features of the assembly-type pavement panel used at a certain airport runway in the southeast coastal area.According to the local natural climate conditions,the construction key points and process flow of the assembly-type concrete form work preparation,aluminum alloy mold assembly,pavement panel precast curing,laying fine adjustment,and segmental injection of the site operation are described in detail.The advantages of the assembly-type concrete pavement promotion and application are given.The series of assembly-type pavement construction technologies obtained from the actual project will provide typical case analysis and experience reference for similar airport projects.
