口腔黏膜防御系统研究进展

摘要 作为机体的第一道屏障,口腔黏膜持续暴露于微生物、过敏原、食物抗原和高频机械刺激的环境中却可长期保持稳定,其防御系统在维持局部及全身免疫稳态方面发挥着无可替代的作用。本文总结了口腔黏膜防御系统的组成、功能及在疾病中作用的研究进展,以期深化对口腔黏膜疾病发生机制的理解,并推动基于口腔黏膜防御系统的疾病防治策略的开发。 As the foremost physiological barrier of the organism,the oral mucosa is perpetually subjected to an environment replete with microorganisms,allergens,food antigens,and high-frequency mechanical stimuli.Nevertheless,it sustains a remarkable long-term stability.The defense system of the oral mucosa assumes an indispensable role in the preservation of local and systemic immune homeostasis.This article reviews the research advancements regarding the composition,functions,and disease-related roles of the oral mucosal defense system.The overarching objective is to enhance the comprehension of the etiopathogenesis underlying oral mucosal diseases and to foster the development of preventive and therapeutic strategies predicated on the oral mucosal defense system.
