过电压保护器故障探讨

摘要 通过对各装置组合式过电压保护器进行拆解对比、试验检测,分析过电压保护器的内部结构及故障原因,发现了带间隙过电压保护器的间隙密封吸潮、无法检测氧化锌阀片质量以及自身结构缺陷等问题,提出对该过电压保护器的初步解决方案,为后续过电压设备选型提供了一定参考依据。 The inner structure of the overvoltage protector and its failure were analyzed by disassembling the integrated overvoltage protectors in different plants for comparison.It's found that the moisture existed in the clearance gap seal,and the undetectable quality of zinc oxide valve block were the main causes of the failure.The preliminary solution was proposed for the protector,which will provide the reference for overvoltage device model selection afterwards.
