摘要
为增强轨交设施表面喷涂材料的耐腐蚀性与附着力,为自动化喷涂机器人制备聚天门冬氨酸酯腻子,分别制备添加HMDI、HDI以及MDI 3种不同异氰酸酯的腻子试样,测试每组试样的黏度、抗紫外老化性能、以及耐冲击性能等指标,从而验证试样的应用效果。经试验测试可知,添加HMDI异氰酸酯的试样耐盐雾、耐油以及耐腐蚀性能相对较高,且该组试样的黏度处于最佳水平;当进行附着力与抗冲击性能测试时,添加HDI、MDI的试样性能要明显低于添加HMDI的试样,且添加HMDI的腻子的在光照老化过程中能够保持较高的光泽度,为此,添加二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)的腻子试样应用性能较强。
In order to enhance the corrosion resistance and adhesion of surface spraying materials for rail transportation facilities,polyaspartic ester putty was prepared for the automatic spraying robot,the putty samples with three different isocyanates were prepared with HMDI,HDI and MDI,and the viscosity,ultraviolet aging resistance,and impact resistance of each group of samples were tested,so as to verify the application effect of the samples.The test results showed that the salt spray,oil and corrosion resistance of the samples added with HMDI isocyanate were relatively high,and the viscosity of the samples was at the best level.When the adhesion and impact resistance tests are carried out,the properties of the samples with HDI and MDI were significantly lower than those with HMDI,and the putty with HMDI could maintain a higher gloss during the light aging process.
