胰腺癌围手术期患者阶梯式营养管理模式的研究进展

Research Progress on Staged Nutrition Management Model for Perioperative Patients with Pancreatic Cancer

本文通过分析国内外胰腺癌患者的营养状况,介绍了多种营养筛查工具的应用现状,阐述了围手术期规范营养风险评估及干预对患者临床结局的重要性。为解决我国临床营养管理缺乏系统性和合作性的问题,探索合适国情的评估工具进行营养评估,遵循规范、系统的营养管理,有利于实现患者的快速康复、缩短住院时间及减少住院花费。在多学科综合诊疗模式下推进阶梯式营养管理模式,真正实现加速康复外科理念胰腺癌围手术期的应用。

The paper analyzed the nutritional status of patients with pancreatic cancer at home and abroad,introduced application status of a variety of nutrition screening tools,and expounded importance of perioperative standardized nutrition risk assessment and intervention on clinical outcome of patients.To solve lack of systematic and collaborative clinical nutrition management in China,the paper explored appropriate assessment tools for nutrition evaluation.Standardized and systematic nutrition management is beneficial for rapid recovery of patients,shortening length of stay,and reducing hospitalization costs.Under multidisciplinary comprehensive diagnosis and treatment mode,staged nutrition management mode can realize application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept in perioperative period of pancreatic cancer.
