Science and Technology Finance,Upgrading of Industrial Structure and New Quality Productivity

基于2012—2022年中国省级面板数据,研究科技金融对新质生产力的影响。在此基础上建立中介效应模型,研究产业结构升级在该影响路径中的作用。研究发现:各省份科技金融指数和新质生产力水平均在逐年稳定上升;科技金融显著正向影响新质生产力,并且表现出区域和主导主体异质性,表明现阶段政府主导科技金融作用更显著;产业结构升级在科技金融对新质生产力的影响过程中发挥了部分中介作用。

Based on China’s provincial panel data from 2012 to 2022,the impact of science and technology finance on new quality productivity was studied.Based on this,a mediation effect model is set up to study the role of industrial structure upgrading in this impact path.It is found that the index of science and technology finance and the level of new quality productivity in each province are steadily increasing year by year,science and technology finance significantly and positively affects the new quality productivity,and shows the heterogeneity of the region and the dominant subject,which indicates that the role of government-led science and technology finance is more significant at this stage,the upgrading of the industrial structure plays a part of intermediary effect in the process of the influence of science and technology finance on the new quality productivity.
