集箱管座角接头封底焊接的工艺试验与研究

摘要 本文通过对集箱接管与管座角接头封底焊道焊接工艺的试验与研究,表明选用合适的焊接设备和焊接专用工装,采用内孔氩弧焊封底、SMAW或其他焊接方法进行填充和盖面的方法焊接集箱管座角接头,既能满足电站锅炉对焊缝成形及其力学性能的要求,又可提高焊接效率,减轻工人劳动强度。 Through the experiment and research on the welding process of the bottom weld of the angle joint of header pipe and pipe seat,it is indicated that the suitable welding equipment and special welding equipment should be selected,welding the corner joint of header pedestal by argon arc welding of inner hole,filling and covering with SMAW or other welding methods can meet the requirements of welding seam forming and mechanical properties of power plant boilers,it can also improve the welding efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
