一种新型降压增注酸液性能评价

摘要 针对定边采油厂某注水项目区域内主采层位为三叠系长8层酸化常规土酸酸化反应速度很快、作业距离短、二次、三次伤害严重、过度溶蚀、腐蚀严重等问题,开发了一种包含盐酸、氢氟酸、有机酸、氟硼酸以及多种添加剂,具有低腐蚀、低伤害、低反应速度、配伍性良好的新型酸液。对新型酸液性能进行了评价,结果显示:相比常规土酸,新型酸液酸岩反应速度较慢,持续反应时间长,反应产物无明显沉淀物,对地层伤害较小;新型酸液的酸度变化较缓和,酸性持续时间长,具有缓冲性,是一种低酸度,低反应速度,适合深度酸化的酸液;新型酸液具有较强的抑碳酸盐、硅酸盐沉淀能力,但随着浓度的增加,新型酸液抑碳酸盐、硅酸盐沉淀能力降低。 Conventional mud acid acidification gener-ally causes problems such as excessive reaction speed,short operating distance,serious secondary and triple damage,excessive erosion,and serious corrosion.Aim-ing at the above problems,the technicians developed a new acid solution containing hydrochloric acid,hydro-fluoric acid,organic acid,fluoroboric acid,and a variety of additives with low corrosion,low damage,low re-action speed,and good compatibility.The performance of the new acid solution was evaluated and the results showed that compared with conventional mud acid,the acid rock reaction speed of the new acid solution is slower;the reaction time is longer;there was no obvi-ous sediment in the reaction product;and the damage to the formation is small.The acidity change of the new acid solution is relatively moderate;the acid duration is long and it has buffer property.It is a kind of acid solution with low acidity and low reaction speed which is suitable for deep acidification.The new acid solution has strong inhibition of carbonate and silicate precipita-tion capacity,but with the increase of concentration,the capacity of the new acid solution to inhibit carbonate and silicate precipitation decreases.
