Impact of family education-environmental improvement-functional intervention model on the quality of care for children with bronchopneumonia

目的分析家庭教育-环境改良-功能干预模式对支气管肺炎患儿护理质量的影响。方法选取徐州市贾汪区人民医院儿科2022年1月至2023年12月诊断并入院治疗的60例支气管肺炎患儿,采用抽签法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组实施传统儿科护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施家庭教育-环境改良-功能干预模式。统计两组症状消失时间、家长疾病相关知识评分、并发症总发生率并进行对比。结果观察组的症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05),并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),干预后患儿家长的各项疾病相关知识评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭教育-环境改良-功能干预模式能够提升支气管肺炎患儿护理质量水平,强化患儿家长疾病认知与照护能力,并减少相关并发症的发生,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the impact of family education-environmental improvement-functional intervention model on the quality of care for children with bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 60 children with bronchopneumonia diagnosed and admitted to Department of Pediatrics,the People’s Hospital of Jiawang District of Xuzhou City from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received traditional pediatric care,while the observation group received family education-environmental improvement-functional intervention model on the basis of the control group.The disappearance time of symptoms,disease-related knowledge scores of parents,and total incidence of complications were counted and compared.Results The disappearance time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the disease-related knowledge scores of parents of the affected children in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The family education-environmental improvement-functional intervention model can improve the quality of care for children with bronchopneumonia,strengthen their parents’disease awareness and care ability,and reduce the occurrence of related complications,which is worth promoting.
