基于CDIO教育理念的高校产学研协同创新人才培养路径研究—以计算机辅助产品设计课程为例

摘要 针对设计专业在创新人才培养方面存在的问题,提出高校产学研协同创新的人才培养路径:注重应用实践的特色培养方案体系构建、搭建多方协作的开放式教学实践平台、发展结合项目的多层次课堂教学机制、构建工作室制的团队协作培养模式。这种产学研协同创新的设计人才培养路径促进了设计学学科发展和企业生产力发展,对设计教育、设计行业、企业发展、技术驱动、引领创新和服务社会带来积极影响。 Regarding the problems in cultivating innovative talents in design major,a talent cultivation path for collaborative innovation between industry,academia,and research in universities is proposed:building a characteristic training program system that emphasizes application practice,building an open teaching practice platform with multi-party collaboration,developing a multi-level classroom teaching mechanism that combines projects,and constructing a team collaboration training mode with a work room system.This collaborative innovation path of industry,academia,and research promotes the development of design disciplines and corporate productivity,and has a positive impact on design education,the design industry,enterprise development,technology driven,leading innovation,and serving society.
