摘要
随着全球对清洁能源需求的不断增加,氢能作为1种高效、清洁能源逐渐获得广泛关注,特别是基于可再生能源的“绿氢”。介绍了氢能的特性和分类,并对当前2种主要的绿氢制备技术,即碱性电解水制氢与PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane,质子交换膜)电解水制氢,进行了比较。研究表明,PEM制氢设备响应速度快,能更好地适应光伏和风力发电的波动特性,在离网制氢和弃电利用方面更具优势。为优化PEM制氢设备的性能和寿命,提出了改进建议,包括优化功率配置、制定安全技术方案和提升设备耐用性。此外,还分析了PEM制氢设备的市场发展前景,指出了未来在核心材料和制造成本控制方面的挑战。为绿氢制备技术的发展及其与清洁能源项目的有效结合提供了理论和实践指导。
As global demand for clean energy continues to grow,hydrogen energy is increasingly recognized as a high-efficiency,clean energy source,especially in the form of"green hydrogen"derived from renewable energy.The characteristics and classifications of hydrogen energy were introduced,and two main green hydrogen production technologies:alkaline electrolysis and PEM(Proton Exchange Membrane)electrolysis were compared.The study shows that PEM hydrogen production equipment,with its fast response time,is more suited to the fluctuating power output of solar and wind energy,making it advantageous for off-grid hydrogen production and the use of excess renewable energy.To enhance the performance and longevity of PEM hydrogen production equipment,improvements were suggested in power configuration,safety technology protocols and component durability.Additionally,the market outlook for PEM hydrogen production equipment was discussed,with a focus on challenges in core materials and cost reduction.The study provided theoretical and practical guidance for advancing green hydrogen production technology and its integration with clean energy projects.
