摘要
为提高食品专业类课程实验学生的参与度,基于虚拟仿真技术构建“虚拟仿真+”多元化实验教学模式,包括互动式虚拟仿真、案例+虚拟仿真、虚实结合、线上线下+虚拟仿真等,学生可突破时空限制,随时随地进行预习、复习等。这种教学模式可有效激发学生的学习热情,培养学生的实践动手能力和科研创新思维,提高课堂参与度,得到了任课教师、学生、督导和实习单位的高度认可,对培养学生的科研素养和实践能力具有重要意义,也为培养食品行业创新应用型人才提供了新思路。
To improve the students’participation in food major course experiment,a diversified experimental teaching model of“virtual simulation+”was built based on virtual simulation technology,including interactive virtual simulation,case teaching+virtual simulation,reality experiment+virtual simulation,online and offline+virtual simulation,etc.Students could break the obstacle of time and space,preview and review anywhere at any time.This teaching mode effectively stimulated students’enthusiasm for learning,cultivated students’practical ability and innovative thinking in scientific research,improved their participation,and was highly recognized by teachers,students,supervisors and internship companies.Therefore,the“virtual simulation+”teaching mode was very important for cultivating students’scientific research quality and practical ability,and provided new ideas for cultivating innovative applied talents in the food industry.
