摘要
主要分析了回转体铝合金锻件错移的传统测量方法的局限性,对用三坐标测量机测量评判回转体锻件几何公差替代传统错移测量方法进行研究。从三坐标测量机测量跳动公差的原理出发,结合生产实际,优化测量方案,最后通过试验验证用测量同轴度代替跳动公差,以及用三坐标构造圆代替特征圆柱表示基准的可适性。结果表明:在满足产品测量误差的要求下,通过测量同轴度代替跳动公差来表征回转体铝合金锻件错移量的方法较传统的错移测量方法具有明显优势,前者不仅精度高,而且效率也高,可以更准确表征产品分模面上下端的错移情况,对产品的加工具有指导作用。
This article mainly analyzes the limitations of traditional measurement methods for mismatch of rotational aluminium alloy forgings,and studies the method of using a three-coordinate measuring machine to measure and evaluate the geometrical tolerancing of rotational forgings instead of traditional mismatch measurement.Starting from the principle of measuring run-out tolerance with a three-coordinate measuring machine,combined with practical production,the measurement scheme was optimized.Finally,the suitability of using location tolerance instead of run-out tolerance,and using three-coordinate constructed circles instead of characteristic cylinder to represent benchmarks is verified through experiments.The results show that within the requirements of product measurement error,the method of characterizing the mismatch of rotational aluminium alloy forgings by measuring location tolerance instead of run-out tolerance has significant advantages in efficiency and accuracy compared to traditional mismatch measurement.The former not only has high precision,but also has high efficiency.It can more accurately characterize the mismatch of the upper and lower ends of the product die parting surface,and provide guidance for product processing.
