全自动单剂量锭剂分包机在我院的应用

Application of the fully automated single-dose tablet packaging machine in our hospital

目的 总结全自动单剂量锭剂分包机在我院的使用情况,为医院药房合理应用全自动单剂量锭剂分包机提供参考。方法 选取我院2022年1-12月血液净化科、心血管外科一病区、消化内科二病区、妇科二病区、儿科一病区5个病区采用药师手动摆药情况下100例住院患者作为对照组,同时抽取2022年1-12月该5个病区使用全自动单剂量锭剂分包机摆药的100例住院患者作为观察组,对比分析两组的摆药效果。结果 全自动单剂量锭剂分包机与药师手工摆药相比,药品调剂时间[(3.28±0.37)s vs.(13.61±6.17)s]、药品盘点时间[(3.59±0.39)s vs.(6.77±0.32)s]显著缩短,差异具有统计学意义(t=28.97、109.11,P<0.01)。在药品差错率方面,全自动单剂量锭剂分包机摆药差错率明显低于手动摆药,观察组差错率为1.33%,对照组差错率为8.33%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.98,P<0.01)。结论 全自动单剂量锭剂分包机与药师手动摆药相比较效率高、差错率低,更适合住院患者口服药品单剂量摆药,有助于提高药房工作效率和工作质量。

Objective To summarize the application of the fully automated single-dose tablet packaging machine in our hospital and provide references for its rational use in hospital pharmacy.Methods One hundred inpatients were selected from five departments(Hemodialysis Department,Cardiovascular Surgery Ward I,Gastroenterology Ward II,Gynecology Ward II,and Pediatrics Ward I)who received manual medication dispensing by pharmacists from January to December 2022 as the control group.Similarly,100 inpatients from the same departments and period,who received medication through the fully automated single-dose tablet packaging machine,were selected as the observation group.The dispensing efficiency of both groups were compared.Results Compared to manual dispensing by pharmacists,the fully automated single-dose tablet packaging machine significantly improved efficiency[drug dispensing time:(3.28±0.37)s vs.(13.61±6.17)s;drug inventory time:(3.59±0.39)s vs.(6.77±0.32)s],with statistically significant differences between the two groups(t=28.97,109.11,P<0.01).In terms of medication error rates,the automated machine exhibited a significantly lower error rate(1.33%)compared to manual dispensing(8.33%),with a statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=15.98,P<0.01).Conclusion The fully automated single-dose tablet packaging machine is more efficient and has a lower error rate compared to manual dispensing by pharmacists.It is more suitable for dispensing single dose of oral medications to inpatients,enhancing the work efficiency and quality of pharmacy.
