摘要
试验旨在研究柠条单宁(CKT)对高精料育肥羔羊生长性能、血清生化指标及免疫功能的影响。选取30只3月龄杜蒙公羔羊,随机分为5个处理组,每组几6重复,每个重复1只羊,分别饲喂低精料饲粮(LC组)、高精料饲粮(HC组)、高精料饲粮+0.1%CKT(HC+0.1%CKT组)、高精料饲粮+0.2%CKT(HC+0.2%CKT组)和高精料饲粮+0.4%CKT(HC+0.4%CKT组)。预试期15 d,正式试验期45 d。结果显示,与HC组相比,HC+0.1%CKT组、HC+0.2%CKT组血清谷草转氨酶(AST)和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著降低(P<0.05),HC+0.1%CKT组血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(CRE)含量显著降低(P<0.05),HC+0.2%CKT组血清胆固醇(TC)含量显著降低(P<0.05);与HC组相比,HC+0.1%CKT组、HC+0.2%CKT组和HC+0.4%CKT组外周血淋巴细胞白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、Toll样受体4(TLR-4)、骨髓分化因子88(MyD88)和核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)的mRNA表达量及血清IL-1β、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平显著降低(P<0.05),IL-4的mRNA表达量显著增加(P<0.05),HC+0.2%CKT组、HC+0.4%CKT组血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平显著增加(P<0.05)。研究表明,适宜剂量的CKT能够提高羔羊免疫功能,缓解由高精料引起的脏器损伤,本试验条件下CKT的适宜添加水平为0.2%。
The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of Caragana korshinskii tannins(CKT)on the growth performance,serum biochemical index,and immune function in finishing lambs fed high concentrate diet.Thirty 3-month-old Dumont crossbred male lambs were randomly divided into five treatment groups with six replicates per group and one sheep per replicate.The sheep were fed a low-concentrate diet(LC group),a high-concentrate diet(HC group),a high-concentrate diet with 0.1%CKT(HC+0.1%CKT group),a high-concentrate diet with 0.2%CKT(HC+0.2%CKT group),and a high-concentrate diet with 0.4%CKT(HC+0.4%CKT group).The pre-test period was 15 days and the formal test period was 45 days.The results showed that compared with HC group,the activities of serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)in HC+0.1%CKT and HC+0.2%CKT groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the serum urea nitrogen(BUN)and creatinine(CRE)concentrations in HC+0.1%CKT group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Serum cholesterol(TC)content in HC+0.2%CKT group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the HC group,mRNA expression levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),Toll-like receptor 4(TLR-4),bone marrow differentiation factor 88(MyD88),and nuclear transcription factor-κB(NF-κB)in peripheral blood lymphocytes and serum IL-1βand interleukin-4(IL-4)were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the mRNA expression of IL-4 was significantly increased(P<0.05)in HC+0.1%CKT,HC+0.2%CKT,and HC+0.4%CKT groups.Serum immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM),and interleukin-10(IL-10)levels in HC+0.2%CKT and HC+0.4%CKT groups were significantly increased(P<0.05).The results show that the appropriate dosage of CKT can improve the immune function of lambs and alleviate the organ damage caused by high concentrate,and the appropriate supplemental level of CKT was 0.2%under the experimental conditions.
