摘要
可搬移天线具有使用场地灵活便捷,架设效率高等优点,其伺服控制系统的设计是保证天线跟踪指向精度的关键部分。本文设计了一种全数字化控制架构伺服系统,具备一键对星功能,采用数字化通信总线实现信号和命令的传输,配置方便灵活,大大提高了系统的可靠性。同时采用自动标校技术以及主面圆锥扫描技术,实现了高指向精度,克服了目标漂移问题。
The portable antenna has advantages of flexible and convenient site usage and high setup efficiency,and the design of its servo control system is a critical part to ensure the accuracy of antenna tracking.In this paper,a fully digitalized control architecture servo system is designed.It has features such as one key pair of stars acquisition function,digital communication bus for signal and command transmission,and convenient and flexible configuration,which greatly improve the reliability of the system.Simultaneously,automatic calibration technology and main surface cone scanning technology are adopted to achieve high pointing accuracy and overcome the target drift problem.
