摘要
本研究基于紫外分光光度法研究饮用水中氨氮的检测方法,采用纳氏试剂分光光度法,以岛津UV-2600为仪器,依据GB 5750.5—2023《生活饮用水标准检验方法第5部分:无机非金属指标》第33页方法进行实验。精密度验证显示相对标准偏差合理,准确度通过标准物质及加标回收率检测验证。结果表明,该方法精密度和准确度高,能够满足饮用水检测要求,为保障安全提供支持。
In this study,the detection method of ammonia nitrogen in drinking water was studied based on ultraviolet spectrophotometry,using Nesser's reagent spectrophotometry with Shimazu UV-2600 as the instrument,and the experiments were carried out according to the method of GB 5750.5-2023“Standardized Test Methods for Drinking Water for Daily Use Part 5:Inorganic Non-metallic Indicators”on page 33.The precision verification showed that the relative standard deviation was reasonable,and the accuracy was verified by the standard substance and spiked recovery test.The results show that the method has high precision and accuracy,which can meet the requirements of drinking water testing and provide support for guaranteeing safety.
