江西省某规模化猪场暴发猪蓝耳病的调查研究

摘要 【目的】通过对蓝耳病进行流行病学调查,找出防控漏洞,并提出针对性改良建议,为后续猪场生产中规避相关安全隐患问题提供理论借鉴。【方法】对江西省某大型规模猪场从猪蓝耳病阴性场转为阳性场进行了调查,并利用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和双重荧光实时RT-PCR两种检测手段对该母猪场2023年全年进行PRRS病原学监测。【结果】通过调查既往病史得知该母猪场于2023年以前从未爆发过PRRS。在2023年暴发PRRS中,发现母猪群体和仔猪群体的PRRSV平均抗体水平较低,均匀度较差,且在2023年该母猪场PRRS暴发时期多集中于1~6月份,存在经典毒株和高致病性变异株混合感染的情况。【结论】蓝耳疫情对该猪场的生产存在不同程度的影响,主要体现在蓝耳疫情导致猪场抗体阳性水平波动,抗原阳性检出率高;疫情还引发猪场生产水平下降,具体表现为母猪因繁殖障碍和高烧不退而死淘的数量上升,母猪空胎、返情、流产现象频发,健康仔猪的产出量大幅度下降,进而对猪场的经济效益产生了极大的负面影响。 [Objective]The aim of this study is to find out the loopholes in the prevention and control of blue ear disease through the epidemiological investigation into the disease and to put forward targeted improvement suggestions,so as to provide theoretical references for the avoidance of the relevant safety hazards in the production of the subsequent pig farms.[Method]In this study,a large-scaled swine farm in Jiangxi Province was transformed from a swine blue ear disease negative farm to a positive farm,and the sows were monitored for PRRS pathogenicity for a whole year in 2023 by using both enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and dual-fluorescence real-time RT-PCR.[Result]The results showed that there had never been any PRRS outbreaks in the farm before 2023,and in the PRRS outbreak in 2023,the average antibody levels of PRRSV in sows and piglets were low and poorly homogeneous,and the outbreaks of PRRS in the farm in 2023 were concentrated in January-June,with mixed infections of the classical strains and the highly pathogenic variant strains.[Conclusion]The blue-ear epidemic had different degrees of impacts on the production of the farm,mainly reflected in the blue-ear epidemic leading to fluctuations in the level of antibody positivity in the farm,and high antigen-positive detection rate;the epidemic also triggered a decline in the level of production of the farm,which was specifically reflected in the rise in the number of sows dying due to reproductive disorders and high fever,and the frequency of sows with empty fetuses,returning to the mood,abortions,and a substantial decline in the output of healthy piglets,in turn,had a significant negative impact on the farm's economic efficiency.All this has a great negative impact on the economic efficiency of pig farms.
