摘要
(目的)从热分析角度理解油斑烟污染物对卷烟纸热解燃烧特征的影响。(方法)利用热重分析技术研究了典型油斑污染物对卷烟纸热解燃烧特性的影响,并基于Coats-Redfern热分析动力学方法对比了不同油斑污染物对卷烟纸热分解反应动力学的影响。(结果)(1)油斑污染物附着于卷烟纸纤维表面形成痂状涂层,改变了卷烟纸微观纤维形貌;(2)卷烟纸在热解失重过程中可分为干燥脱水、纤维素分解、木质素分解与炭化及无机盐分解等阶段,在热解过程中油斑污染物的分解发生于木质素分解炭化阶段,并显著改变了该阶段的失重行为。不同卷烟纸燃烧失重过程均包含4个分解阶段,不同油斑污染物对卷烟纸综合燃烧特性指数S的影响作用不一;(3)热分解反应动力学分析表明,润滑油改变了纤维素热解和燃烧过程阶段Ⅱ的机理函数,润滑油增加了热解阶段Ⅱ的活化能,而降低了燃烧过程中该阶段的活化能,润滑油对燃烧和热解过程阶段Ⅲ的活化能均呈现增加作用。
Thermogravimetric analysis technique was used to study the effects of typical oil pollutants on the pyrolysis and combustion characteristics of cigarette paper.And the Coats-Redfern thermal analysis kinetics method was used to compare the effects of different oil pollutants on the thermal decomposition kinetics of cigarette paper.The purpose was to provide ideas for understanding the discrimination method of oil point pollutants on cigarette from the point of view of thermal analysis.The results showed that:①The oil stains adhered to the surface of the cigarette paper fibers to form a crust-like coating,which changed the microscopic fiber morphology of the cigarette paper.②The weight loss process of cigarette paper can be divided into stages of drying and dehydration,cellulose decomposition,lignin decomposition and carbonization,and inorganic salt decomposition.During the pyrolysis process,the decomposition of oil spot pollutants occurred in the stage of lignin decomposition and carbonization,and significantly changed the weight loss behavior in this stage.The weight loss process of different cigarette papers during combustion process included four decomposition stages,and different oil pollutants have different effects on the comprehensive combustion characteristic index S of cigarette papers.③The kinetic analysis of the main thermal decomposition reaction stages showed that the lubricating oil changed the reaction mechanism of during the stage of cellulose pyrolysis and combustion process.And the contamination of cigarette paper with lubricating oil increased the activation energy of pyrolysis stageⅡ,while the activation energy of this stage was reduced during the combustion process.Moreover,the contamination with lubricating oil exhibited an increasing effect on the activation energy in stageⅢduring both combustion and pyrolysis process.
