摘要
现有油液铁磁磨粒检测技术中,使用旋转式PQ仪只能单一检测铁磁性磨损颗粒无量纲指数,使用插入式铁量仪只能单一检测铁磁磨粒浓度,并且检测精度较低。针对此问题,基于旋转式PQ仪设备对样品2种不同状态进行了测试,通过指数计算与系数拟合,建立起将PQ指数换算成铁磁性磨粒浓度的数学模型。研究结果表明:该拟合方法对大于10μm的铁磁性磨粒有较高的精度,在这一范围内检测值与油液中铁磁磨粒含量实际值相对误差在±8%以内;使用该方法可以同时分析油液中铁磁磨粒PQ指数与质量浓度,能够更有效地判断机械设备中的摩擦磨损状况并优化大尺寸磨粒分析。
For the rotary PQ index detector can only detect the dimensionless index of ferromagnetic wear particles.While the plug-in Iron content detector can only detect the concentration of ferromagnetic abrasive particle,and it has low detection accuracy.A method is proposed in this paper to establish a mathematical model for converting the PQ index into the wear particle concentration by using a rotary PQ index detector to test the samples in two different states and by index calculation and coefficient fitting.It is verified that the fitting method has high accuracy for ferromagnetic abrasive particles greater than 10μm,and the relative error between the fitting method and the actual value of ferromagnetic abrasive particles in oil is within±8%.The results show that the method can obtain PQ index and ferromagnetic abrasive particle concentration simultaneously,which is helpful to judge the friction and wear status of mechanical equipment and optimize the analysis of large abrasive particles.
