立命馆大学学生成功项目对中国高校学生工作提升的启示

The Enlightenment of Ritsumeikan University Student Success Program to Student Affairs Management

立命馆大学是拥有出色学生事务工作的日本私立高校。对该校学生成功项目(SSP)进行研究,梳理其设立和发展过程,对其咨询、社团资助和社会化培养三大业务进行介绍。SSP队伍建设以教职人员的价值培养和人事保障为主轴,融合学生同伴支持机制;运行模式呈现出平台建设、教职合作和朋辈补充的特点。该校的学生成功项目给我国高校学生事务管理带来的启示有:以校风为感召,以学生为中心;调整组织结构,加强人员协作;完善信息化管理,提升服务效率;支持学生参与,补充朋辈力量。

Ritsumeikan University is a Japanese private university with excellent student affairs management.This paper studies the SSP,combs its establishment and development process,and introduces its three major businesses:consulting,community funding and socialization training.The construction of SSP team takes the value cultivation of teaching staff and personnel security as the main axis,and integrates the peer support mechanism of students;The operation mode presents the characteristics of platform construction,faculty cooperation and peer supplement;Self-study is fruitful.In this regard,the enlightenment of the Student Success Program to the student affairs management in colleges and universities in China includes:strengthening the student-centered concept,adjusting the organizational structure,improving information management,supplementing peer strength and paying attention to project evaluation.
