摘要
为解决射频系统平台空间有限与综合射频模块种类、数量和重量骤增间的矛盾,设计了一种高集成宽窄带一体化综合射频;对射频互联模型进行仿真分析,对窄带探测功能、宽带功能、通信功能、数字资源使用进行理论计算与原理分析.测试结果表明,在X波段内,窄带探测多通道增益一致性优于2dB,接收动态约80dB;宽带测频精度优于1MHz,输出功率平坦度优于1dB;可支持X波段通信,通信误码率优于10^(-5).测试结果验证了该综合射频设计的合理性和实用性.
In order to solve the contradiction between the limited platform space and the sudden increase in the type,number and weight of integrated radio frequency(RF)modules,a highly-integrated wide-narrow band RF system is designed;the RF interconnection model is simulated and analyzed,and the theoretical calculation and principle analysis of narrow-band detection function,wideband function,communication function and digital resource usage are carried out.The test results are shown as follows:Within X-band,the multi-channel gain consistency of narrowband detection is better than 2 dB;the receiving dynamic is about 80 dB;the broadband frequency measurement accuracy is better than 1 MHz,and the flatness of output power is better than 1 dB.The RF system can support X band communication,and the communication bit error rate is better than 10^(-5).The results verify the rationality and practicability of the integrated RF design.
