基于有限元方法的大悬挑斜屋面支撑体系搭设方案优选

摘要 以某大学土木工程学院办公楼现浇钢筋混凝土大悬挑斜屋面为研究对象,针对依托工程支模架体悬挑长度大、离地高、构件荷载大、斜屋面需多次浇筑的技术难题,基于ABAQUS模型,对悬挑平台3种不同锚固形式的搭设方案及不同平台梁间距的受力性能进行了有限元分析。通过模拟计算分析,综合考虑材料与结构力学性能、安全和经济性,确定出“悬挑平台+斜拉杆+支撑体系”,且平台梁间距为1 500 mm的三重保障搭设方案为最优方案,既保证了结构稳定性和施工安全性,又降低了施工成本。 This paper investigates the cast-in-situ reinforced concrete large cantilevered sloped roof of a university’s School of Civil Engineering office building.In view of the technical difficulties of relying on the engineering formwork body’s long cantilever length,high height from the ground,large component load,and the need for multiple pourings of the sloped roof,this paper based on the ABAQUS model,conducts a finite element analysis of the erection schemes of three different anchoring forms of the cantilever platform and the mechanical performance of different platform beam spacings.The triple support erection plan of cantilever platform+cable-stayed rod+support system with a platform beam spacing of 1500mm was found to be the best option through simulation calculation analysis and thorough consideration of material and structural mechanical properties,safety,and economy.This ensures that it improves structural stability and construction safety and lowers construction costs.
