摘要
目的:探究青少年男子赛艇运动员2 km模拟比赛中的能量供应特征和运动效率,为其安排训练负荷、制订训练计划和提升运动表现提供参考依据。方法:选取30名二级运动员水平及以上的青少年男子赛艇运动员,采用赛艇测功仪计算2 km模拟比赛中最大强度运动下的机械能,选用便携式心肺功能测试仪和血乳酸测试仪测量模拟比赛全过程、运动后10 min的气体代谢,以及运动前、后的血乳酸浓度,利用磷酸肌酸-乳酸-氧气法(PCr-La-O2)计算模拟比赛中的供能比例与运动效率。结果:青少年男子赛艇运动员在2 km模拟比赛中无氧无乳酸供能比例为(8.81±0.92)%、无氧乳酸供能比例为(8.43±1.76)%、有氧供能比例为(82.76±1.99)%,2 km模拟比赛中的机械能为(101.73±12.45)kJ、生物能为(621.80±75.47)k J、运动效率为(16.60±1.87)%。结论:青少年男子赛艇运动员在2 km模拟比赛中的有氧供能比例最高,无氧无乳酸供能比例与无氧乳酸供能比例相当,但运动效率可能偏低。
Objective:To investigate the characteristics of energy contribution and exercise efficiency in 2 km simulated race among adolescent male rowers,providing a reference for arranging training loads,formulating training plans,and enhancing athletic performance.Methods:Thirty adolescent male rowers at the second-level athlete standard or above were recruited.A rowing ergometer was used to calculate the mechanical energy during maximum-intensity exercise in the 2 km simulated race.Portable cardiopulmonary function testers and blood lactate testers were employed to measure gas metabolism throughout the simulated race and 10 minutes post-exercise,as well as blood lactate concentrations before and after exercise.The phosphorylcreatine-lactate-oxygen(PCr-La-O2)method was utilized to calculate the energy supply proportions and exercise efficiency during the simulated race.Results:In the 2 km simulated race,the anaerobic alactic energy supply proportion was(8.81±0.92)%,the anaerobic lactic energy supply proportion was(8.43±1.76)%,and the aerobic energy supply proportion was(82.76±1.99)%among adolescent male rowers.The mechanical energy during the simulated race was(101.73±12.45)kJ,the biological energy was(621.80±75.47)kJ,and the exercise efficiency was(16.60±1.87)%.Conclusion:During the 2 km simulated race,the aerobic energy supply proportion was the highest among adolescent male rowers,with the anaerobic alactic energy supply proportion being comparable to the anaerobic lactic energy supply proportion.However,their exercise efficiency may be relatively low.
