幼儿入园焦虑的现状调查与多元对策研究

摘要 入园焦虑是幼儿初入幼儿园出现的情绪波动、社交能力下降与学习适应性差等心理问题。通过调查发现,幼儿自身适应性、园所管理制度、教师应对能力以及家庭养育风格是影响幼儿入园焦虑的重要因素。建议通过增强幼儿入园生活体验、提升幼儿归属感、建立信任式师幼关系、构建民主型家庭养育氛围等措施帮助缓解幼儿入园焦虑,促进幼儿尽快适应幼儿园生活。 Entering kindergarten anxiety is a psychological problem that occurs when young children first enter kindergarten,including emotional fluctuations,decreased social skills,and poor learning adaptability.Through investigation,it was found that the adaptability of young children themselves,the management system of the kindergarten,the coping ability of teachers,and the parenting style of families are important factors affecting their anxiety when entering the kindergarten.Suggestions include enhancing children's experi‐ence of entering kindergarten,improving their sense of belonging,establishing a trusting teacher-student relationship,and creating a democratic family atmosphere to help alleviate their anxiety and promote their adaptation to kindergarten life as soon as possible.
