高校思政课程与课程思政协同育人的内在逻辑与组织实施

摘要 高校思政课程与课程思政协同育人的提出破解了以往存在的思政教育与专业教学“两张皮”现象,是新时代落实立德树人根本任务的必然要求和深化教育综合改革的重要环节,更是用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想铸魂育人的关键举措。推进两者协同育人应坚持育人目标相统一、顶层设计和基层探索相统一、显性教育和隐性教育相统一、守正和创新相统一等基本原则,从协同机制、教材教学内容体系、育人空间和场域、教师教育等课程建设改革的各方面通盘考虑、协同推进。思政课教师和其他各类课程教师应增强协同育人意识,提升协同育人能力。 The co-educating between ideological and political theory course and curriculum ideology and politics in universities has solved the“Two skins”phenomenon of ideological and political education and professional teaching in the past.It is the inevitable requirement of carrying out the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.It is an important link of deepening the comprehensive reform of education.It is also a key measure to cultivate people with Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.In order to promote co-educating,we should adhere to the basic principles of the unity of educational objectives,the unity of top-level design and grass-roots exploration,the unity of overt education and recessive education,and the unity of integrity and innovation.It needs to be considered and promoted from the cooperative mechanism,teaching material content system,educational space and field,the construction of teachers,etc.The teachers of ideological and political theory course and other courses should strengthen the consciousness and the ability of co-educating.
