Comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and building a beautiful countryside that is desirable to live and work in is an urgent need to effectively improve the happiness of rural residents,and is also a reflection of the distinctive characteristics of Chinese path to modernization to promote harmony between humanity and nature.One of the main purposes of rural revitalization is to guide the effective improvement of rural living environment,so as to better promote industrial prosperity,social harmony,favorable living and working environment.The improvement of rural human living condition is not simply the improvement of health conditions and clean and tidy roads,but is more reflected in multiple supporting elements such as the scientific village planning and layout,complete infrastructure,rich cultural life and appreciation of fine culture,fresh and beautiful natural environment of villages.The construction and implementation of sound elements of the living condition will provide material,cultural and ecological guarantees for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,enhance the potential of rural development,promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas,and improve the quality of rural development.
