摘要
为精准识别烘烤过程烟叶的变黄程度,服务于烟叶数字化智能化烘烤模式的发展需要,采集K326的中、上部烟叶烘烤过程中烟叶变黄图像,使用一般通用法、数值核定法、经验判别法确定烟叶黄色区域识别的最佳颜色阈值,并计算烟叶变黄程度,据此分析不同素质烟叶变黄特性.结果表明,一般通用法和经验判别法获取的颜色阈值不够精细,对烘烤过程烟叶变黄程度识别效果较差;数值核定法获取的颜色阈值(H_(min)=17,H_(max)=32,S_(min)=138,S_(max)=255,V_(min)=157,V_(max)=255)能够精准识别不同素质烟叶的变黄程度.中部烟叶变黄程度的变化过程分为缓慢启动变黄、快速变黄、缓慢终止变黄阶段.上部烟叶变黄程度变化过程分为快速变黄、缓慢终止变黄阶段;随着烟叶成熟度的提高,烟叶达到最大变黄速率及全黄的时间逐渐减少.数值核定法获取的颜色阈值可用于烘烤过程烟叶变黄程度的识别,为烟叶数字化和智能化的实现提供方法依据.
In order to precise recognition the yellowing degree of tobacco leaves in the curing process and serve the development needs of the digital intelligent baking mode of tobacco leaves.The yellowing images of middle and upper tobacco leaves of K326 during curing were collected.The optimal color threshold foryellowing area identification of tobacco leaves was determined by three methods:general method,numerical verification method and empirical discriminant method,and the yellowing degree of tobacco leaves was calculated,and the yellowing characteristics of tobacco leaves with different qualities were analyzed.The results showed that the color thresholds obtained by the general method and the empirical discriminant method were not fine enough,and the recognition effect on the yellowing degree of tobacco leaves during the baking process was poor.The color threshold(H_(min)=17,H_(max)=32,S_(min)=138,S_(max)=255,V_(min)=157,V_(max)=255)obtained by the numerical verification method can accurately identify the yellowing degree of tobacco leaves with different qualities.The change process of yellowing degree of middle tobacco leaves is divided into slow start yellowing,rapid yellowing and slow termination yellowing stage.The change process of yellowing degree of upper tobacco leaves is divided into rapid yellowing and slow termination yellowing stage.With the increase of maturity of tobacco leaves,the maximum yellowing rate and the time of yellowing of tobacco leaves in different parts gradually decreased.The color threshold obtained by the numerical verification method can be used for tobacco leaf curing process,which provides a methodfor the realization of digitalization of tobacco leaves.
