顾及机器学习的安徽省传统聚落景观形态解析与分区

摘要 传统聚落景观的形态解析和分区对乡村文化保护以及乡村振兴具有重要意义。为了精准把握区域传统聚落景观形态特征,从地理学角度,以安徽省455个传统聚落为研究样本,在建筑要素提取的基础上,耦合空间形态和空间关系双重视角,构建了传统聚落景观形态描述指标,继而利用空间分析方法对传统聚落景观进行形态特征解析及分区。研究表明:1.深度学习模型可以有效提取传统聚落建筑要素,总体准确度在94%以上。2.安徽省传统聚落景观形态具有显著的邻近相似性,可解析出6种形态模式。3.依据景观形态特征,安徽省传统聚落景观被划分为规则状等级规制式景观区、条带状吸附排列式景观区、团状向心封闭式景观区、扇状向心封闭式景观区和多样混合式景观区5个景观区。 The morphological analysis and zoning of traditional settlement landscape is of great significance for rural cultural preservation and revitalization.Based on the extraction of building elements,this study accurately captures the landscape form characteristics of regional traditional settlements.By integrating both spatial morphology and spatial relationships,descriptive indicators for traditional settlement landscape forms are developed.Subsequently,spatial analysis methods are employed to analyze the morphological characteristics of traditional settlement landscapes and to classify them into distinct zones.Using 455 traditional settlements in Anhui Province as research samples,the study shows that:1)The deep learning model can effectively extract architectural elements of traditional settlements and its overall accuracy exceeds 94%.2)The landscape forms of traditional settlements in Anhui Province exhibit significant spatial proximity and similarity.The six distinct morphological patterns are identified.3)Based on morphological patterns,traditional settlement landscapes in Anhui Province are divided into five landscape zones:regular hierarchical zone,strip-arranged zone,centripetal closed-group zone,fan-shaped centripetal closed zone and mixed diverse zone.
