摘要
铜及铜合金因具有优异的导电导热性、良好的耐腐蚀和加工特性,广泛应用于航空航天、电力电子、机械制造等领域。增材制造技术的发展为制备铜及铜合金的薄壁、复杂结构件提供了新途径。综述了铜及铜合金粉末床熔融增材制造技术的研究现状,介绍了原材料的发展状况,重点分析了铜及铜合金成形零件组织和性能的研究新进展,探讨了粉末床熔融增材制造铜及铜合金的应用场景和应用案例,最后对粉末床熔融增材制造铜及铜合金技术发展所面临的问题以及发展前景进行分析和展望。
Copper and copper alloys are widely used in aerospace,power electronics,and mechanical manufacturing due to their excellent electrical and thermal conductivity,good corrosion resistance,and favorable processing characteristics.The development of additive manufacturing technology offers new avenues for producing thin-walled and complex structures made of copper and copper alloys.This paper reviews the research status of powder bed fusion additive manufacturing technology for copper and copper alloys.Firstly,it introduces the development status of raw materials.Then,it mainly analyzes and researches the organization and properties of copper and copper alloy forming parts.New progress in application scenarios and case studies of copper and copper parts are discussed.Finally,the challenges in the development of Cu and Cu alloy additive manufacturing technology and the future prospects are analyzed and discussed.
