清远市清新区农村中老年人慢性病患病情况及影响因素分析

Analysis on the Prevalence and Influencing Factors of Chronic Diseases among the Elderly in Qingxin District,Qingyuan City

目的:调查清远市清新区农村中老年人慢性病患病情况,并分析其影响因素。方法:采取整群随机抽样方法,抽取2022年1月—2023年1月清新区太和镇坑尾村及新洲村249例常住中老年人进行研究,按照有无慢性病将其分为慢性病组(n=47)及无慢性病组(n=202)。比较两组一般情况,评估其生存质量,分析清远市清新区农村中老年人患慢性病的影响因素。结果:清新区农村共检出中老年人慢性病47例,患病率为18.88%。慢性病组年龄≥60岁、贫困户、农民、家庭年收入<5000元、肥胖占比高于无慢性病组,健康状况调查简表(SF-36)表总分低于无慢性病组(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,年龄≥60岁、贫困户及低SF-36总分是中老年人发生慢性病的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:清新区农村中老年人以因高龄、贫困、生存质量低而患慢性病,临床应进行针对性干预。

Objective:To investigate the prevalence of chronic diseases among the elderly in Qingxin District,Qingyuan City,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of two hundred and forty-nine middle-aged and elderly residents from Kengwei Village and Xinzhou Village in Taihe Town,Qingxin District from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected by cluster random sampling method.They were divided into chronic disease group(n=47)and no chronic disease group(n=202).The general condi-tions of the two groups were compared,their quality of life,and analyze the influencing factors of chronic diseases in the rural middle-aged and elderly in Qingxin District of Qingyuan City were evaluated.Results:A total of 47 chronic diseases were detected in the rural areas of Qingxin District,the prevalence rate was 18.88%;in the chronic disease group,age≥60 years old,poor house-holds,farmers,annual household income<5000 yuan,the proportion of obesity was higher than that in no chronic disease group,and the total score of summary form of health survey(SF-36)table was lower than that in no chronic disease group(P<0.05);Logis-tic regression analysis showed that age≥60 years old,poor households and low SF-36 total score were risk factors for chronic dis-eases in middle-aged and elderly people(P<0.05).Conclusion:The middle-aged and elderly people in Qingxin District suffer from chronic diseases due to old age,poverty and low quality of life,so targeted intervention should be carried out in clinic.
