体育教师推进体育与健康跨学科主题教学实施的问题透视、关键要素与优化策略

摘要 体育教师是推进体育与健康跨学科主题教学实施的关键因素,直接影响着学生体育与健康跨学科主题学习的效果。当前,我国体育教师推进跨学科主题教学实施存在的问题有:跨学科教学意识较为薄弱、跨学科教学知识储备不足、跨学科教学实践能力有待提升。体育教师在推进跨学科主题教学实施过程中应具备跨学科教学价值观、跨学科教学品格和跨学科教学能力。未来应在政策层面强调推进跨学科主题教学实施的重要性、在职前培养中融入推进跨学科主题教学实施的内容、在职后教育中开展跨学科主题教学的相关教研活动、在个人发展层面应引导体育教师主动提升跨学科教学素养、在体育教师评价中全面考察跨学科教学素养。 Physical education teacher is the key factor to promote the implementation of physical education and health interdisciplinary thematic teaching(henceforth referred to as ITT),directly affecting the learning effects in ITT of physical education and health.The current problems of physical education teachers in promoting the ITT implementation are that interdisciplinary teaching awareness is relatively weak,interdisciplinary teaching knowledge reserve is insufficient,and interdisciplinary teaching practice ability needs to be improvedph.So,physical education teachers should have interdisciplinary teaching values,interdisciplinary teaching character,and interdisciplinary teaching ability in the process of promoting the implementation of interdisciplinary thematic teaching.In the future,we should strengthen the importance of promoting ITT at the policy level,fully integrate the content of promoting ITT in the training of pre-service physical education teachers,carry out a variety of ITT teaching and research activities for physical education teachers in post-service education,guide physical education teachers to take the initiative to improve their individual interdisciplinary teaching literacy at the level of individual development,and comprehensively examine interdisciplinary teaching literacy in the evaluation of physical education teachers.
