炭黑/壳聚糖柔性耐磨电热织物制备及其性能研究

摘要 具有纺织品功能化、智能化特性的柔性电热织物符合现代市场需求。文章通过喷涂法将炭黑、壳聚糖与棉织物高效复合,并包覆水性聚氨酯(WPU)膜以提升其耐磨性,制备得到一系列柔性电热织物,进行拉伸、耐磨、电热等性能测试。实验表明制备的电热织物柔性好、电热转换效率高、安全性好,具有一定的应用前景。 Flexible electrothermal fabrics with textile functionalization and intelligent characteristics meet the needs of modern market.In this paper,carbon black,chitosan and cotton fabric were effi ciently combined by spraying method,and the waterborne polyurethane(WPU)film was coated to improve its abrasion resistance.A series of fl exible electrothermal fabrics were prepared.The tensile,abrasion resistance and electrothermal properties were tested.The experiments show that the prepared electrothermal fabric with good fl exibility,high electrothermal effi ciency and good safety has a certain application prospect.
