新发展格局下高职院校“双师型”教师“三位一体”发展体系探究

摘要 教师作为职业教育“五金”新基建的重要组成部分,是培养德技并修、全面发展的高素质技术技能人才的关键要素。建立职业院校“双师型”教师培养、认定、评价“三位一体”发展体系成为高职院校教师队伍建设的重要举措。文章旨在探讨职业教育新发展格局下,“双师型”教师的培养路径、认定实施及评价要素,完善“双师型”师资队伍的建设标准,以期对促进教师专业发展有借鉴意义。 As an important part of the new infrastructure of"hardware"in vocational education,teachers are the key elements of training high-quality technical skills talents with German skills and all-round development.It is an important measure to establish a"three-in-one"develop-ment system for training,identifying and evaluating"double-qualified"teachers in vocational col-leges.This paper aims to explore the training path,identification,implementation and evaluation factors of"double-qualified"teachers under the new development pattern of vocational education,and improve the construction standards of"double-qualified"teachers,in order to promote the professional development of teachers.
