关于中医急诊学课程思政过程性考核的优化与实践的思考

摘要 评估课程思政成效的关键是考评。本文论证了过程性考核的方式适用于课程思政的考核,进而根据中医急诊学课程思政的特点提出可以通过多元化的方式以道德品格与职业素养为标准进行课程思政的过程性考核,并提出优化建议:制定中医急诊学课程思政的总目标与分目标作为过程性考核的标准;课程思政过程性考核形式需要多元化、多维度及多时空的结合;过程性考核需要做到定性与定量相结合,凸显中医急诊学的课程思政特色;过程性考核还应该注重与过程性评价相结合,激励教师对课程进行教学改革,促进教学质量的提升。通过完善过程性考核建立成熟的课程思政考核体系,以教促长,促进中医急诊学的课程思政教学的优化与改革。 At present,the key to evaluating the effectiveness of ideological and political education in courses is evaluation.This article argues that the process assessment method is applicable to the assessment of ideological and political education in courses.Based on the characteristics of Curriculum Ideology and Politics in Emergency Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine,it is proposed that the process assessment of Curriculum Ideology and Politics can be carried out through diversified assessment methods using moral character and professional literacy as the assessment standards.Optimization suggestions are also proposed:to establish the overall and sub objectives of Curriculum Ideology and Politics in Emergency Medicine of TCM as the criteria for process assessment;The form of ideological and political process assessment in curriculum needs to be diversified,multi-dimensional,and a combination of multiple time and space;Process assessment needs to combine qualitative and quantitative assessment;Highlighting the characteristics of ideological and political education in the course of emergency medicine in traditional Chinese medicine;Process assessment should also focus on combining with process evaluation to motivate teachers to carry out teaching reform and promote the improvement of teaching quality.Establish a mature curriculum ideological and political assessment system through improving process assessment,promote growth through teaching,and promote the optimization and reform of ideological and political teaching in Emergency Medicine of TCM.
